J. Bushnell Nielsen
J. Bushnell Nielsen serves as a consultant and expert witness on title insurance claims, wire transfer fraud, escrows, closings and the title to real estate. Mr. Nielsen wrote the book Title and Escrow Claims Guide. He began practicing law in 1981. For 16 years, he served as in-house counsel to two national title insurers. He spent 27 years in private practice. He has been engaged in matters involving property in every region of the country.
