J. Bushnell Nielsen
J. Bushnell Nielsen serves as a consultant and expert witness on title insurance claims, wire transfer fraud, escrows, closings and the title to real estate. Mr. Nielsen wrote the book Title and Escrow Claims Guide, published by American Land Title Association. For 16 years, he served as in-house counsel to two national title insurers. He spent 28 years in private practice. He now serves as a consultant and expert witness. He has been engaged in matters involving property in every region of the country.
